Terms of use

An order sent through the site is a request, not a completed sale. We call to confirm availability, final prices and pickup or delivery. Nothing is charged online.

We may decline or change an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price has changed.

Prices on the site are estimates in US dollars and can change without notice. Items marked "Market price" are priced on the day we confirm your order. The price we confirm with you is the price you pay.

Wholesale prices on the public site differ from restaurant account prices.

Cases, 10 lb and 5 lb sizes are approximate. Fresh meat, seafood and produce vary in weight, and the final amount is confirmed when your order is packed.

You pay when you pick up or receive your order, using a payment method we accept. We accept EBT/SNAP in store for eligible items, as allowed by program rules.

Each restaurant account has a private ordering link. Keep it private; anyone with the link can place orders for that account. Call us to replace a link if it is shared by mistake.

Money transfer and phone top-up services (such as Uni Transfer, Boss Revolution and Digicel) are provided by those companies under their own terms. Holson's acts as an in-store agent.

Please don't misuse the site: no automated ordering, spam, or attempts to get into areas that are not meant for you.

Photos, illustrations and text on the site belong to Holson's or are used with permission.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Holson's is not responsible for losses caused by using the site, beyond the amount you paid for the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of the page.
